The building, which is located parallel to the Sultanbeyli main connection road, was first considered as a business center during the rough construction phase, but it was decided to be converted into a shopping mall with the decision of the investor during construction. For this reason, a number of revisions were made in the rough structure of the building and the necessary needs for the shopping mall were met.
A design has been made that will be the attraction point on the side of the building facing the sultanbeyli central street and create a new face for the building structure in sultanbeyli. Special system panels were designed on the facade, inspired by the sands.
Platforms were built on 2 ornamental pools integrated with the facade and open seating areas were created for cafes facing the street. In the interior, a skylight design in the form of a boat on the gallery in the middle of the large block at the back allows the space to receive light up to the lowest floors.
